Submissions and Guidelines
Submission Guidelines:
- Contributors may submit content related to student life at Sarah Lawrence College.
- Contributors must be either current students or alumni of Sarah Lawrence College.
- Metadata submitted is deemed to be accurate by the administrator
- Materials may be made publicly available; we will vet anything with unrelated or inappropriate content.
- Not all material will be accepted and published. The archives will contact contributors when donations cannot be accepted into the archives.
- Students should not share personally identifiable information about other people, including other SLC students, faculty, or staff.
- Students should own or have created all submissions.
- Materials should not infringe on existing copyrights.
Consent Agreement
"I hereby give, grant, and transfer the material submitted here to the College Archives at Sarah Lawrence College, and relinquish whatever physical and literary rights I may possess to the contents. I agree to grant the College Archives rights to make preservation and access copies of the content and to make this content available online. On its part, the College Archives will care for the above material in a manner that in its sole judgment will provide for the preservation of the items gifted. It is the intent of College Archives to make the items gifted herein readily available for research; however, all access to the gifted material shall be at the sole discretion of College Archives. The Sarah Lawrence College Archives reserves the right to dispose of duplicate or unneeded items.”
